Rush order for 200 sheaves.
A dealer of Sheaves required 200 small sheaves for their customer and they needed them fast. The 2 ½” sheaves required a bronze bushing and needed to be zinc plated to meet the spec of the customer.
The design and engineering team at Sheaves immediately created a drawing for review and authorization. Everything was signed off by the customer and the manufacturing team had the order ready to go within a week.
The customer was thrilled with the quality and performance of the sheaves and the quick delivery time.
