HC Matcon needed a lead sheave quickly to replace a broken sheave on the crane. Time is everything as the crane can't be put into service without the sheave.
Sheave Canada reverse-engineered the damaged sheave to produce an exact match. The bronze flange bushing was reinstalled and the crane was back up and going in days.
