We provided a custom solution specifically designed for flood management gate systems in Florida’s harsh marine environment. With load capacities ranging from 10 to 20 tons,the blocks were supplied in both single and double shackle configurations, as well as single and double sheave setups, suitable for 5/8" and 3/4" rope. All components were galvanized to ensure maximum corrosion resistance in saltwater conditions. In addition to the blocks, we also engineered and supplied custom winch drums and shafts tailored to the specific operational and environmental requirements of each site.
